Who do you contact about the delivery?
The person receiving the gift. You give us their name and phone number when you order, and we arrange the delivery time with them once the box is ready.
Will they see the price?
No — the confirmation and receipt are emailed to you, not to them. They receive the box and your card.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes — up to 200 characters, written on the card that comes with the box.
Can you spell their name in cheese?
Yes — add the cheese letters extra and tell us the word. Short words and names fit best.
